Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Maintenance Manager located in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team, implement preventive maintenance plans, ensure equipment and facility repairs are performed effectively, and manage the scheduling and allocation of team resources. The role involves maintaining a safe and efficient environment while ensuring all systems and infrastructure function optimally.
Qualifications
Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and personnel management
Comprehensive knowledge of Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair practices
Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs to ensure system efficiency and longevity
Expertise in Maintenance Management, including planning, scheduling, and execution of repairs
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in an on‑site environment
Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is an advantage
Experience in education facility management is a plus
