Job Summary
Harm Reduction Model based Behavioral Health Organization seeks multiple CA BBS registered Therapists/Clinicians/Program Managers in Los Angeles.
The position is full‑time and the base pay range is $70,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring continuity of care and services between the agency and partner organizations.
Offer individual and team supervision, support, and performance evaluations for assigned staff.
Provide clinical guidance to staff, including during emergencies and crisis situations.
Ensure services emphasize customer choice and harm reduction.
Be available to respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day when needed.
Assist in the screening, assessment, and enrollment of clients in a range of services.
Maintain complete, timely, accurate paperwork and data collection in agency records and electronic databases; conduct ongoing audits and chart reviews.
Assist the Program Director with budgetary oversight of program administration, ensuring revenue and expenses stay within the approved annual budget.
Ensure adherence to funding source contracts and performance standards; prepare written reports on program activities as required.
Provide training to staff on policies and procedures of the program.
Assist in screening, assessment, and enrollment of participants, including orientation to program policies and goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversee clinicians, clinical case managers, administrative staff, and other personnel at a single location.
Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy).
Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and holding the required hours toward licensure.
At least 2 years of experience working with homeless populations, mentally ill individuals, or those with substance use disorders.
Supervisory experience.
Ability to work in a high‑tolerance harm reduction model.
Certification in CPR/First Aid.
Valid California driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
LCSW or LMFT license.
Clinical supervisory experience.
Knowledge of substance abuse treatment.
