Capital Markets Associate
to support and help execute the firm’s fundraising, financing, and investor relations initiatives.
This role offers direct exposure to institutional, family office, and high-net-worth investors, along with hands-on involvement in capital strategy, fund-level financing, and investor communications.

What You’ll Do:
Support fundraising initiatives across institutional, family office, and HNW investors
Assist with marketing materials, data rooms, roadshows, diligence, and closings
Help evaluate and structure fund-level debt and financing opportunities
Support recapitalizations, joint ventures, and secondary transactions
Track capital markets activity and provide insights on market conditions
Investor Relations
Assist with quarterly investor reporting, portfolio updates, and ad-hoc requests
Coordinate logistics and materials for investor meetings, webinars, and presentations
Support preparation and review of subscription documents and side letters
Update investor cash flows, reports, and presentations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with acquisitions, asset management, and corporate finance teams
Contribute to improving IR and Capital Markets processes, reporting, and CRM workflows
