Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Maintenance Technician located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. Responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting property repairs, and ensuring the proper functioning of industrial systems. The Maintenance Technician will assist in maintaining equipment safety, addressing technical issues, and working collaboratively with the team to provide excellent service to multifamily communities.
Qualifications
Skills in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance
Strong abilities in troubleshooting technical and mechanical issues
Proficiency in maintenance & repair, including property and common area repairs
Experience in industrial maintenance tasks and systems
Effective problem‑solving and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Previous experience in multifamily property maintenance is a plus
