We are seeking a
Food Quality Specialist
to support food safety, quality, and compliance initiatives across multiple operations. This role is responsible for conducting audits, managing corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality and food safety audits across operations, vendors, and suppliers.
Identify gaps, manage corrective and preventive action plans, and ensure timely resolution of deviations.
Support and maintain quality assurance and food safety programs, including HACCP and regulatory compliance.
Analyze quality data and audit findings to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support recall readiness, traceability, and certification processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Food Science, QA/QC, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of QA/QC or food safety experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Ability to travel up to
70%
of the time.
