Schedule:
Monday to Friday 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM; weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay:
$19 per hour
Position Summary The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and supporting daily inventory operations to ensure data is up to date and materials are available.
Major Responsibilities
Receive, count, and record incoming inventory and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems or spreadsheets.
Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Label, organize, and store inventory properly.
Prepare inventory reports and documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and stock replenishment as needed.
Prioritize workload and adjust based on position requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of inventory data.
Complete other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
2 years of general office experience.
1 year of customer service experience.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience in RD, SP, EPJ systems.
Preferred: previous inventory, warehouse, or clerical experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move inventory; lift cartons up to 70 lbs.
Good communication and time‑management skills.
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
AS400 experience preferred.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
Willingness to travel as necessary and complete background investigation and drug screening.
Physical Requirements
Read, communicate verbally and/or in written form; remember and analyze information.
Stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch and handle, reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
Require clear vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception.
