You are the type of operator who eliminates uncertainty. You plan with precision, monitor continuously, and take real pride when every item arrives exactly when and how it should. This position is designed for someone who approaches procurement and logistics with the rigor of a countdown—because each new campus launch functions as one.

You will take full ownership of procurement and logistics operations for new 2 Hour Learning school openings. Your mission is straightforward and exacting: every campus launches fully equipped, compliant, and ready to operate from Day 1. Furniture, technology, and materials must arrive on schedule, complete, and installation-ready. No last-minute adjustments. No rationalizations. You will manage sourcing, purchasing, warehouse coordination, and third-party logistics delivery, while establishing systems that ensure consistent, repeatable success.

2 Hour Learning is a rapidly expanding, AI‑driven education operator launching new campuses under demanding schedules. We operate with speed, track results rigorously, and replace ad hoc processes with automation and documented procedures. This is neither a maintenance position nor a passive coordination assignment. You will deliver measurable, visible improvements in cost efficiency, delivery speed, and operational reliability with every launch. If you derive satisfaction from executing flawlessly and holding suppliers accountable to high standards, this role is purpose‑built for you.

If you are ready to own a mission‑critical operation where your execution directly determines whether schools open on time, submit your application.

What You Will Be Doing

Take full ownership of procurement for FF&E and educational supplies, spanning vendor qualification and competitive bidding through purchase order issuance and invoice reconciliation

Orchestrate warehousing, staging, kitting, and pick‑pack operations with 3PL partners aligned to launch schedules

Monitor shipments on a daily basis, address exceptions immediately, and confirm receipt, condition, and completeness prior to installation

Develop and document repeatable workflows, standard operating procedures, and tools that minimize errors, compress lead times, and reduce launch costs

Communicate delivery status, risk factors, and process improvement recommendations to cross‑functional launch teams and senior leadership

What You Won’t Be Doing

Working within undocumented, reactive purchasing environments that result in last‑minute supply gaps

Overseeing general facilities maintenance or construction trades unrelated to supply chain delivery

Spending time in prolonged, low‑impact meetings rather than executing focused, results‑driven coordination

Functioning as an administrative clerk—we require proactive system‑building, not case‑by‑case workarounds
