You are an operator who abhors uncertainty. You plan with precision, monitor every detail, and find real fulfillment when deliveries execute flawlessly as specified. This position is designed for someone who approaches procurement and logistics with the rigor of a countdown—because each new campus launch operates on that principle.

You will control procurement and logistics from start to finish for new 2 Hour Learning school openings. Your objective is straightforward and absolute: every campus must be fully equipped, compliant, and ready to operate on its first day. Furniture, equipment, and materials must be delivered complete, on schedule, and installation‑ready. No last‑minute fixes. No justifications. You will manage sourcing, purchasing, warehouse coordination, and third‑party logistics while creating systems that ensure consistent, reliable execution.

2 Hour Learning is a rapidly expanding, AI‑driven education operator launching new campuses under tight deadlines. We operate with speed, track results, and replace ad‑hoc processes with automation and standardized procedures. This is neither a maintenance position nor a passive coordination assignment. You will deliver clear, quantifiable gains in cost efficiency, speed, and consistency across every launch. If you value precision delivery and holding suppliers accountable to rigorous standards, this role is purpose‑built for you.

If you want ownership of a business‑critical function where your execution determines whether schools open on schedule, submit your application.

What You Will Be Doing

Control the full procurement lifecycle for FF&E and educational supplies, from vendor evaluation and competitive bidding through purchase orders and invoice verification

Manage warehousing, staging, kitting, and fulfillment workflows with third‑party logistics partners aligned to launch schedules

Monitor shipments continuously, address disruptions immediately, and confirm delivery completeness, condition, and readiness prior to installation

Develop and maintain repeatable workflows, standard operating procedures, and tools that minimize defects, compress lead times, and optimize launch costs

Communicate delivery progress, risk factors, and process enhancements to cross‑functional launch teams and senior leadership

What You Won’t Be Doing

Working within informal, reactive buying processes that lead to supply gaps at critical moments

Overseeing ongoing facilities upkeep or construction trades unrelated to supply chain delivery

Attending unproductive, lengthy meetings rather than executing clear, results‑oriented logistics coordination

Functioning as an administrative pass‑through—we require systematic solutions, not isolated workarounds
