Essential Job Functions
Assist with planning and executing events on each campus related to the Engage the Electorate Grant.
Make presentations at various levels, both internally and externally.
Support the Project Coordinator and the assigned campus’ Civic Engagement Coordinator in developing events related to the grant requirements.
Coordinate departmental and management calendars and schedules; plan and coordinate meetings, seminars, and events including site selection, preparation, marketing, training materials, and general support.
Maintain and submit records of reporting requirements as directed by the Project Coordinator and the Civic Engagement Coordinator.
Monitor and maintain the department website for internal and external use.
Assist with entering and tracking the department budget.
Participate in special projects as needed.
Attend system‑wide Engage the Electorate meetings as required.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Excellent knowledge of general office and software applications.
Ability to prepare and analyze reports.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize duties.
High level of customer service.
Physical Abilities The work is sedentary; occasional walking, standing, bending, and carrying of light items may occur. No special physical demands are required.
Work Schedule And Conditions
Work performed in a climate‑controlled office with minimal exposure to safety hazards.
Interface with internal and external contacts as needed.
Use of PC workstation, calculator, phone, and general office equipment.
Required Qualifications
Associate degree and at least 1 year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary Hourly Pay Rate: $17.58.
