Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company to patients—whether they visit as part of a health routine or for important diagnostic insights. The PSR I is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring a professional, safe, and compassionate patient experience. This role requires strict adherence to established procedures and a commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and excellence in patient care. Responsibilities: Perform daily activities accurately and efficiently under the direction of the area supervisor. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing following established practices and procedures. Accurately maintain required records and documentation. Build patient trust and ensure comfort while explaining procedures and collecting samples. Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, and the public. Requirement/Must Have: Ability to produce high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed. Qualification And Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Medical assistant or paramedic training (preferred). Phlebotomy certification. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience (required). 1+ years of phlebotomy experience (preferred). Customer service experience in a retail or service environment (preferred).
