Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Job Title Phlebotomist Technician / Phlebotomy Technician Location Saranac Lake, New York, 12983 Shifts Ving shifts: 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 8:30am-5pm or 1:30pm-10pm Duration 8 weeks Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. A science background and phlebotomy experience. Excellent manual dexterity and customer service skills. BLS Certification required. Duties Performs phlebotomy procedures promptly, accurately, and reliably following departmental procedures with minimal trauma to patients. Receives laboratory specimens (blood and body fluids) and processes samples for laboratory testing. Performs clerical and client service functions for the Laboratory as requested. Compliant with all safety standards and utilizes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
