Contract Recruiter page is loaded## Contract Recruiterlocations: TIFEC Leawood, KS 66211time type: Full timeposted on: Posted 6 Days Agojob requisition id: REQ-5017**Job Description Summary**Provide guidance, support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures and practices of the People Team.**Job Description****ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Assist with high volume recruiting for part time, seasonal positions.* Establishes and maintains candidate relationships through contacting, listening, inquiring, and following up to develop a personal connection and influence candidate decisions.* Develops sourcing strategies and identifies qualified candidates.* Facilitates and executes screens and interviews.* Manages and updates recruiting tools and documentation.* Builds and maintains client and partner relationships.* Collaborates with associates to ensure a positive candidate / hiring manager experience.* Follows policies, processes, and procedures.* Performs other responsibilities as needed.* Works in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.* Understands personal role in safeguarding corporate assets.
