divh2Recruiting Coordinator/h2pProvide guidance, support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures and practices of the People Team./ppEssential Functions:/pulliAssist with high volume recruiting for part time, seasonal positions./liliEstablishes and maintains candidate relationships through contacting, listening, inquiring, and following up to develop a personal connection and influence candidate decisions./liliDevelops sourcing strategies and identifies qualified candidates./liliFacilitates and executes screens and interviews./liliManages and updates recruiting tools and documentation./liliBuilds and maintains client and partner relationships./liliCollaborates with associates to ensure a positive candidate / hiring manager experience./liliFollows policies, processes, and procedures./liliPerforms other responsibilities as needed./liliWorks in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures./liliUnderstands personal role in safeguarding corporate assets.
