Key Responsibilities
- Expertly manage and execute high-volume interview scheduling for both internal and external candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Proactively monitor and manage shared email inboxes, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Warmly greet and assist guests and new hires upon their arrival, setting a welcoming tone.
- Collaborate effectively with administrative assistants and hiring managers to coordinate complex interview schedules, including for mid-level roles.
- Provide essential support across various Talent Acquisition initiatives, contributing to broader team goals.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Must-Have Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of related professional work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly detail-oriented and comfortable with routine tasks.
- Proven multitasking capabilities, effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong process-oriented mindset, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to self-organize and manage time.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in scheduling interviews and managing calendars.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- A college degree.
- Two years of experience in a customer service or talent acquisition environment.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an environment characterized by high volume, ambiguity, and change.
