We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support Founder of LB capital - A Private Equity firm. This role requires executive-level EA experience, exceptional attention to detail, and complete flexibility. You will act as a true right hand, ensuring the owner’s daily agenda runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is not an entry-level role. Applicants without prior executive-level EA experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the Company Owner across business and personal needs
Manage complex calendars and review the daily schedule hour-by-hour
Stay one step ahead to ensure a smooth, well-organized daily agenda
Coordinate meetings, travel, and last-minute schedule changes
Manage email, correspondence, and time-sensitive communications
Serve as gatekeeper and liaison with internal and external contacts
Prepare meeting materials, notes, and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or Company Owner
Excellent multitasking, organization, and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and on-call support
Ability to travel on short notice
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Familiar with similar productivity and communication tools

Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience.
$60,000 - $80,000 a year
