The

Operations Specialist

will have the opportunity to be the 'interim' Residence Director if a community is without one, and once one is hired, train and transition back work the duties.

Responsibilities--Operations Specialist

All community oversight to include nursing/care, dining and dietary, maintenance and housekeeping, and life enrichment activities in vacant communities in conjunction with the Regional Director of Operations.

Once a new Residence Director is hired, the Operations Specialist is to assist in conducting training and onboarding of new associate.

This role will have travel to the community you will be assisting, as needed, in the Oklahoma market.

This position may assist multiple communities at the Regional Director's discretion.
