Contents team
plays a critical role in helping homeowners and businesses recover after fire, water, mold, or other property damage. When a loss occurs, our team carefully packs out, cleans, restores, and returns personal belongings from everyday items to treasured possessions. This includes handling textiles, electronics, furniture, and everything in between, with a focus on care, organization, and high standards of service.
Our facility uses specialized equipment like Esporta, Morantz, and Unimac systems to clean and process contents safely and efficiently. Whether it’s a residential loss or a large commercial event, the Contents team ensures items are logged, tracked, and handled with professionalism from start to finish.
About the Role The
Contents / Laundry Project Manager
supports the Contents Manager in overseeing all day-to-day field and facility operations. This includes managing jobs from initial inspection through pack out, cleaning, storage, and pack back. You’ll coordinate teams, interface with insurance partners and clients, scope and track projects, and support quality control and training.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role requiring a balance of leadership, logistics, customer service, and problem‑solving. You’ll help keep projects on track, maintain accountability across teams, and ensure jobs are completed safely, accurately, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on‑site inspections and help scope contents and textile jobs
Lead pack out and pack back teams, ensuring all items are carefully handled and documented
Oversee cleaning and processing of contents using specialized systems (Esporta, Morantz, Unimac)
Maintain thorough job documentation, including photos, notes, and inventory in the job management system
Support quality control by inspecting finished work and ensuring standards are met
Serve as point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, and insurance representatives
Assist in onboarding, training, and supervising contents team members
Track project progress, timelines, and profitability
Help coordinate logistics for contents delivery, storage, and returns
Qualifications
Experience in restoration, cleaning, warehousing, or related field preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead small teams in the field and warehouse
Tech‑savvy with basic proficiency in job management software, tablets, and inventory systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
IICRC certification in Fire and Smoke Restoration or Contents Cleaning is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
