We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Bookkeeper / Office Administrator
to support our day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling both accounting tasks and general office support.
Essential functions
Help maintain accurate financial records
Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with basic financial reports and recordkeeping
Support payroll preparation and expense tracking
Handle general office administrative tasks as needed
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Assist with Various HR/Compliance projects
QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
Basic-level accounting experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
Prior bookkeeping or office administration experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Must be willing to travel 50% of the time in-between local offices (Findlay / Toledo / Detroit)
