We are looking for a Deli Supervisor The Deli Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional food quality, and an outstanding guest experience. This position oversees the preparation and presentation of our grab‑n‑go offerings—including breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, parfaits, salads, and more—while supporting the daily made‑to‑order deli counter.

Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the Deli team at the Pantry & Beanery.

Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional food quality.

Oversee the preparation and presentation of grab‑n‑go offerings, including breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, parfaits, salads, and other items.

Support the daily made‑to‑order deli counter.

Maintain a welcoming guest experience and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in food service or deli operations required.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Knowledge of food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 30 lbs.

Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to quality service.
