Role Overview We are looking for a Deli Supervisor to lead our team at the Pantry & Beanery. The Deli Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional food quality, and an outstanding guest experience while overseeing the preparation and presentation of a range of grab‑and‑go offerings including breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, parfaits, salads, and more.

Pay Range $26.00 – $29.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in food service or deli operations required.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Knowledge of food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 30 lbs.

Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to quality service.
