Toyota Service Manager
Graff Toyota of Chesterton – Chesterton, IN Pay Range: $90,000–$150,000 per year (based on experience) Graff Toyota of Chesterton is seeking an experienced
Service Manager
to lead our service department and drive customer satisfaction, technician performance, and operational excellence. This role is open to
Toyota and non-Toyota dealership candidates
with strong fixed-operations leadership experience. The Service Manager reports
directly to the General Manager
and plays a critical role in the store’s overall success. What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department
Coach, train, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat service business
Manage service drive flow, scheduling, and shop productivity
Monitor and improve effective labor rate, hours per RO, and technician efficiency
Oversee warranty, recall, and internal repair processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain compliance with manufacturer programs, policies, and reporting requirements
Work closely with the General Manager and dealership leadership to achieve department goals
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as a
Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager
Toyota experience is a plus, but
not required
Strong understanding of dealership fixed-operations KPIs and financial performance
Proven ability to lead teams, improve culture, and drive results
Experience with dealership DMS and CRM systems
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and process
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000–$150,000 annual compensation , based on experience and performance
