Springs Window Fashions is hiring for a Digital Content Analyst based in our Middleton, WI Corporate Headquarters.
Hybrid role: 3 days each week in the office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and two days working remotely (Thu/Fri).

Role Overview The Digital Content Analyst will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across various online platforms to support our marketing, communications, or engagement goals. This role combines skills in content creation, digital marketing, and analytics to ensure content resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
The ideal candidate will ensure content aligns with brand style guidelines for cohesive messaging, have excellent attention to detail and project management abilities, and be familiar with web best practices for ADA and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Work with cross‑functional teams:
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure all content is aligned, cohesive, and implemented online for product launches and campaigns by launch date.
Manage content platforms:
Update and post content within the residential sites and dealer portals through a CMS or other platforms for run‑the‑business maintenance, blogs, promotions, and rebates.
Connect with strategic partners, digital product teams, and IT:
Test new functionality on various browsers and devices, implement winning results for A/B tests, add new content to grow‑the‑business projects, and troubleshoot online errors.
Implement SEO:
Utilize search engine optimization best practices, such as keyword research, to ensure content is visible and ranks well in search results.
Requirements Education and Experience
Minimum Education Required:
2–4‑year Associate, Technical, or Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Multimedia Arts, Internet Marketing, or an equivalent digital-related field
Minor knowledge in Web Programming and/or User Experience (UX) Design is beneficial
Minimum Job‑Related Experience Required:
A minimum of one year of professional work experience
Portfolio of past work
Knowledge in Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, ADA (and SEO)
Core competencies include data analysis, design principles, digital marketing knowledge, and strong project‑management skills
Must be organized and deadline driven
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
