Digital Content Analyst
Springs Window Fashions is hiring a Digital Content Analyst based in our Middleton, WI Corporate Headquarters.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days each week in the office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and two days working remotely (Thu/Fri).

Role Overview The Digital Content Analyst will create, manage, and optimize digital content across multiple online platforms to support marketing, communications, and engagement goals. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, and analytics to ensure messages resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
The ideal candidate will maintain brand style consistency, possess strong attention to detail and project management skills, and understand web best practices, ADA compliance, and SEO optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive, aligned content for product launches and campaigns.
Update and post content on residential sites and dealer portals using CMS or other platforms; handle run‑the‑business maintenance, blogs, promotions, and rebates.
Work with strategic partners, digital product teams, and IT to test new functionality across browsers and devices; implement A/B testing results; add new content to support business projects; troubleshoot online errors.
Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, to enhance content visibility and search ranking.
Requirements Education and Experience
Minimum Education: 2–4‑year Associate, Technical, or Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Multimedia Arts, Internet Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience and a portfolio of past work.
Knowledge: Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, ADA compliance, and SEO.
Core competencies: Data analysis, design principles, digital marketing, and strong project management skills.
Must be organized, deadline‑driven, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minor knowledge in Web Programming and/or User Experience (UX) Design is beneficial.
