What You’ll Do Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships
Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to grow brand visibility and revenue.
Build the framework and workflows for a high‑performing program—including ROI guidelines, reporting structures, and cross‑department collaboration.
Identify, cultivate, and pitch new corporate partners aligned with the Zoo’s mission.
Create and manage compelling sponsorship and branding opportunities across events, digital platforms, and onsite experiences.
Track KPIs, maintain a strong pipeline, and deliver successful sponsorship activations.
Third‑Party Ticketing & Revenue Development
Create and oversee a sales strategy leveraging tour operators, hotel concierges, OTAs, and other partners.
Establish revenue and operational guidelines in collaboration with leadership.
Build program frameworks, reporting tools, KPIs, and contract tracking systems.
Community Relations
Develop and strengthen community partnerships with corporate and nonprofit organizations.
Represent the Zoo at community events alongside the Chief Marketing & Technology Officer.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
5+ years of experience in partnership development, sponsorships, or related fields (nonprofit or attraction experience highly preferred; zoo/aquarium experience is a huge plus).
Creative and strategic thinker who can turn ideas into actionable plans.
Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills at all levels.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Collaborative team player with a passion for our mission.
Willingness to work outdoors as needed and represent the Zoo at events.
