Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Agent for a full-time, on-site role in West Fargo, ND. Responsibilities include supporting the leasing process through conducting property tours, preparing and administering lease agreements, and assisting residents with inquiries. The Leasing Agent will manage prospects, coordinate tenant relations, support property management operations, and ensure a high standard of service delivery. You will play an active role in promoting available properties and ensuring the application process is seamless for potential residents.
Qualifications
Experience in Residential Leasing, Leases, and Lease Administration
Strong knowledge and understanding of Property Management practices
Exceptional Customer Service capabilities, with a resident-first approach
Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain strong organizational skills
Proficiency with property management software and other relevant digital tools is a plus
Availability to work on-site and assist with occasional evening or weekend duties
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or business is a plus
