Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
RN Weekend Supervisor - Long Term Care
to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. This pivotal leadership role requires a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse who can effectively oversee weekend operations, ensuring the highest quality of care in our long-term care/skilled nursing facility.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
Provide clinical leadership and support to ensure compliance with long-term care regulations.
Assist with care planning, MDS process, and documentation within the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Respond to call-backs as needed to maintain continuity of care and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas.
Minimum of 1–3 years nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and be available for call-back if needed.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of long-term care regulations, MDS process, care planning, and electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Proficiency in working with EHR or EMR systems.
