About the Role We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and coordinate resident care. This role blends hands‑on nursing with clinical oversight, ensuring quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Assess resident conditions and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs

Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure accurate documentation and timely charting

Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions

Respond to clinical emergencies and changes in condition

Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards

Qualifications

Active Arkansas RN license

Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills

Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

Ability to work flexible schedules as needed

Position Summary The Unit Manager (RN) is a clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing a designated nursing unit, ensuring high‑quality resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a key role in mentoring staff and driving clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinical operations of assigned unit

Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)

Ensure care plans are followed and updated appropriately

Monitor quality indicators, audits, and clinical outcomes

Coordinate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams

Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Participate in performance improvement and staff development initiatives

Qualifications

Active Arkansas RN license

Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
