We are a close, loving family of four with two daughters, ages 3 and 9 months. They are sweet, curious, energetic kids who thrive with structure, routine, and a calm, positive presence. They love creative play, being outdoors, reading, music, and anything hands‑on.
We are looking for someone who truly enjoys spending time with children, can engage with them intentionally, and can help maintain consistent routines.
Both my partner and I work full‑time, and our schedules can be demanding. Because of that, having someone we trust—someone dependable, kind, and proactive—makes all the difference. We don’t just need childcare; we need support with managing the day‑to‑day flow of our household. That might include tidying common areas, helping with laundry, simple meal prep, organizing kids’ things, and handling quick errands when needed. The goal is to create a home environment that feels calm, clean, and easy to move through for everyone.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing care for our daughters
Plan and supervise age‑appropriate activities, playtime, and outings
Assist with school or activity drop‑offs/pick‑ups
Support afternoon and evening routines (homework, play, bath, bedtime prep)
Prepare meals/snacks for the children
Maintain a safe, positive, and consistent environment
Household Support
Light to moderate housekeeping (tidying common areas, dishes, laundry, organization)
General household maintenance to keep spaces clean and functional
Meal prep or cooking for the family (open to adjusting based on skill/comfort)
Grocery shopping and occasional errands
Helping maintain household systems (replenishing supplies, basic organizational tasks)
