Pay or shift range: $17 USD to $19.85 USD

Job Summary
– Provides top rate service to all customers by processing routine transactions such as cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, and processing loan payments and money transfers. The teller also serves as a professional promoter of MCB’s products and services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Identify customers and accurately manage various transactions, including validating and cashing checks, accepting cash and/or checks for deposit, receiving and counting working cash, and processing cash withdrawals.
Perform specialized tasks such as preparing cashier’s checks, personal money orders, and exchanging foreign currency.
Perform services for customers such as ordering bank cards and checks.
Receive and verify loan payments and mortgage payments.
Balance currency, cash, and checks in cash drawer at end of each day.
Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
The physical activities of this position may include climbing, reaching, standing, lifting, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions.
Medium exertion; exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal.
Education And Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
