Role Description This is a part-time (5-10 hours per week, but may be more if desired), fully remote Executive Administrative Assistant position that will report directly to the president and owner of CES. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the president and employees, including managing correspondence with clients, helping coordinate schedules, making travel arrangements, invoicing clients, managing and maintaining records, and handling phone and email communications. The role entails supporting executives with administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage schedules, meetings, and executive tasks efficiently
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Strong Clerical Skills, including filing, document management, invoicing, and maintaining organized records
Detail-oriented approach and ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in office software and tools, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
Prior experience in a similar administrative or office assistant role is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
