Summary Provides support in functional areas of human resources and answers any questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
Education / Experience
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to perform tasks quickly
Familiar with employment-related laws and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Ability to handle adverse situations and/or tight time deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
ADP knowledge a plus.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Assist HR with supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
Assist with preparing and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
Support HR related training
Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
