Warehouse Associate

Shifts: Sunday through Tuesday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM or End of Sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate starting at $18.00/hr (weekly pay)

Responsibilities
Be Safe! Safety is our first core value.
Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
Load trucks for deliveries.
Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!
Skills & Qualifications
Ability to stay on your feet while working – great for staying active.
Dependable, flexible, and reliable.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season.
Gloves and work boots are recommended.
Referral Program
Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide).
Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45‑day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90‑day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure.
Date of referral bonus eligibility: referrals that start between 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025.
