Production Technician Supervisor - 1st Shift - Travel – GXO Logistics, Inc.
Join us as a Production Technician Supervisor to lead a high‑performance team on the 1st shift and coordinate travel‑required activities for our logistics operations.
Shift & Travel Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Up to 75% domestic travel by road, rail, and air is required.
Candidates must hold a REAL ID‑compliant driver’s license or passport, and be familiar with TSA security procedures.

Typical Responsibilities
Act as the first line of communication with customers and warehouse sites; advise on service failures and coordinate resolutions.
Audit daily order processes to ensure all orders are sent correctly.
Monitor and report errors for performance tracking.
Collaborate with Inventory Control, Transportation, and warehouse teams on service resolutions.
Oversee service provider performance and engage providers for continuous improvement.
Communicate order changes with warehouses and coordinate shipment schedules.
Maintain ISO compliance documents and train department personnel to required standards, including the Director and Manager of the department.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows applications; advanced Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in Transportation, Business, or related field.
2 years of experience in customer service, distribution, or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
2 years of experience in transportation and operations.
Availability for extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Rapid learning of new software applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to perform complex data, process, policy, and system analyses.
