Ryder is immediately hiring Permanent Full Time Material Handlers in Morris, Illinois Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay $21.75 per hour with additional shift pay and incentives up to $2.75 per hour. Schedule: Night Shift Sunday – Wednesday 5:00 pm – 3:30 am. Benefits

High school diploma or equivalent preferred One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred Valid forklift operator’s license certified Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, with excellent attendance Performs work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrates initiative High level of accuracy even under pressure Can lift/push/pull up to 35 lb and stand for long periods Works safely and follows health and safety methods Flexible schedule for various shifts Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting Accurately pick, pack, audit, stage products, and load/unload trucks Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.) Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shifts Adhere to performance measurement guidelines and perform additional duties as assigned Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug‑free workplace.
