is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Forklift Operator in Morris, Illinois. The role includes operating a sit‑down forklift to load, pick, pack, ship, receive, and cycle‑count food products in a safe supply chain environment.
Hourly Pay:
$21.75
per hour with a
shift differential of $2.00
for 2nd shift (Tuesday – Friday 5 pm‑3:30 am).

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
≥ 1 year of related warehouse or powered‑industrial‑truck experience (preferred)
Valid Forklift Operator’s License, certified
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment
Dependable and punctual, with a good attendance record
High level of accuracy, even under pressure
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
Flexibility to work various shifts
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
Ensure accurate picking and packing; audit totes, stage products, load & unload trucks
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours
Maintain performance measurement guidelines and complete assignments as required
