Pay : The range for this position is

$86,080 to $129,120 . Bonus and long‑term incentive (LTI) are eligible.

Purpose of the Job We are searching for an experienced Brand Manager to leverage global strategy and local insights to strengthen the existing portfolio with sharp strategic focus, portfolio strategy and build the future portfolio with clear category roadmap and innovation plan for Out‑of‑Home across key Cooking Aids Categories.

Who You Are And What You'll Do

Drive core portfolio growth and create a clear roadmap for sub‑brands.

Full P&L and marketing budget responsibility, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Design roadmap for sub‑categories within Bases category, defend or accelerate plays.

Lead innovation and renovation project management, portfolio transformation and brand communication.

Own portfolio positioning, sustainable growth strategy and execute market share win.

Operate full Operator Lifecycle and partner with Operator Experience Marketing for CX.

Own local category strategy, innovation roadmap and brand‑led growth initiatives.

Drive business transformation via progressive innovation platforms and global teams.

Understand category insights, trends, opportunities and competition.

Key Responsibilities

P&L reviews and analysis.

Budget ownership.

What You Need To Succeed

2+ years international marketing experience, including innovation management.

Brand / Category management experience.

Innovation & renovation project management.

Strong price positioning and tracking.

Creation of purpose‑led brand content.

Sales enablement in B2B foodservice.

Strategy execution for growth and customer experience.

Deep understanding of sales/marketing funnels, operator lifecycle, and marketing automation.

Customer centricity and content performance measurement.
