Associate Manager UFS Operations – Unilever Food Solutions

It leads the dynamic Food Service market across its categories and has ambitious growth objectives, marketing a range of professional food and beverage products and services to operators across 72 countries. UFS is accelerating its digital transformation to fuel growth through data‑driven and technology‑enabled Go‑to‑Market (GtM) capabilities. Our global ambition is to reach 3 million operators by 2030 via an online & off‑line contact strategy. Within the US, the focus of UFS Customer Development and Marketing is to engage with customers in unique and specific ways to generate demand for our professional brands and create long‑term value for our partners.
Pay and Benefits Pay:
$86,080 to $129,120. Compensation decisions consider skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus:
Bonus eligible. Long‑Term Incentive:
LTI eligible.

Purpose of the Job We need an experienced Brand Manager to leverage global strategy and local insights to strengthen and build the Cooking Aids category—including bases, sauces, soups and entrees—focused on UFS brands such as Knorr. You will be responsible for category performance, portfolio strategy, and innovation to support UFS growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive core portfolio strategy, craft growth acceleration and market winning plan for sub‑brands.
Full P&L and marketing budget responsibility and coordination with cross‑functional teams for demand and supply.
Devise roadmap for sub‑categories within Bases: accelerate, evolve or defend play.
Manage innovation, renovation projects, portfolio transformation and brand communication.
Own portfolio positioning, sustainable growth strategy, and net revenue management.
Drive the full operator lifecycle; collaborate with Operator Experience Marketing on CX.
Own local Category Strategy and innovation roadmaps, and execute brand‑led growth initiatives.
Lead business transformation via progressive innovation platforms and global virtual teams.
Understand category insights: trends, tensions, opportunities, competition.
Ensure global category strategies reflect key NA insights.
Define growth strategy to capitalize trends and address tensions.
What You Need to Succeed
2+ years International Marketing experience in innovation management and delivery.
Brand / Category management experience.
Innovation & Renovation project management and impact on core/pack/price architecture.
Price position and tracking expertise.
Create purpose‑led brand content for innovations and key touchpoints.
Integrate product campaigns, messages and content calendar into customer journey stages.
Sales enablement for B2B foodservice.
Develop strategy to drive growth and customer experience.
Deep understanding of sales/marketing funnels, operator lifecycle & automation journeys.
Customer centricity and persuasive content performance measurement.
