2PM-10PM Forklift Operator - Appleton
RGL Logistics is looking for a positive, highly motivated self‑starter to join our Appleton location as a Forklift Operator on the 2nd shift (Monday‑Friday, 2:00pm‑10:00pm). This includes a 2nd shift premium.
Base pay range: $21.00/hr – $25.00/hr.

Purpose of Position:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of products to meet company standards of safety, productivity, and quality.
Job Duties:
Load and unload freight efficiently and safely, recording all necessary paperwork.
Transport product to storage areas, properly stack and store product.
Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Check product for accuracy in inventory, damage, and infestation and complete paperwork.
Assist in maintaining the security of the facility.
Model safe behavior (look in direction of travel, wear seat belt, drive appropriately, use horn responsibly).
Sweep and clean area, including trailers, as needed.
Abide by all company rules and policies regarding conduct and safety.
Perform head turning, looking up, and seat belt wearing per OSHA regulations.
Maintain 3‑point stance during mount and dismount of forklift.
Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management System.
Physical Demands:
90% time sitting, talking, hearing, vision; 10% walking; 75% feeling; 20% reaching; less than 10% bending, twisting, climbing; low-level lifting 10 lbs about 10%; medium-level lifting 20‑40 lbs less than 5% of the time.
