Position: MDS Coordinator (RN preferred, but will consider LPN candidates)
Pay Range:
$45.00 - $55.00/HR DOE & Credentials

Will float between 2 facilities

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements
Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident
Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided
Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy
Will float between Spokane Falls Care and Aurora Valley Care at the direction of the regional team
Requirements:
Current RN or LPN state licensure without any enforcement action against it
Previous MDS 3.0 experience required
Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English
