Join our dynamic team and earn between $30.00 - $35.00 per hour as you contribute to cutting-edge orthodontic solutions. Leverage your skills in CAD/CAM software to design patient-specific orthodontic appliances, ensuring precision and innovation in every creation.
Key Responsibilities
Design intricate metal components for orthodontic devices using advanced 3D CAD software.
Review digital files and collaborate with internal teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Work closely with importing, 3D Metal Printing, and finishing departments to streamline workflow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Track production progress and record essential information.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, averaging 5 – 30 appliances daily.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
Experience with 3D printing or digital orthodontic workflows is a plus.
Understanding of dental anatomy, tooth movement, and orthodontic appliances.
Ability to remain in a stationary, seated position for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Capability to work independently and as an integral part of a team.
Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in dental technology, CAD design, or related fields preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
1 – 2 years of experience in CAD design.
Preemployment background check is required.
