APEX Communications, Arkansas’ largest AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking an immediate opening for a
Connectivity Expert
in Beebe, AR.
Overview Education: High School diploma or GED required; 2‑year Associate’s degree preferred. Experience: Retail sales and customer service experience required. Basic computer and mobile phone knowledge desired. Hours: Full‑time with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay: $15.00 – $27.00 hourly basis on sales performance, uncapped commissions, and incentives.
Responsibilities
Assist new and existing customers with cellular, broadband, and home entertainment needs.
Generate sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
Become a product and solutions expert to help all customers with wireless service plans, devices, broadband, and home entertainment packages.
Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.
Perform other duties as assigned by sales management.
Participate as a team player, constantly supporting other team members.
Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
High School diploma or GED; 2‑year associate’s degree preferred.
Experience in retail sales and customer service.
Strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
Team player with a positive attitude and a will to win.
Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.
