As a Connectivity Expert, you will help customers with their cellular, broadband, and home entertainment needs. You will
Directly assist new and existing customers. Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards. Become a product and solutions expert and help all customers with wireless service plans, devices, broadband, and home entertainment packages. Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company. Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events. Perform other duties as assigned by sales management. Participate as a team player, constantly supporting other team members. Set an example of high personal and professional conduct. Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction. What We Are Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED (2-year associate’s degree preferred). Experience in retail sales and customer service. Strong communication skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary. Team player with a fantastic attitude and a will to win. Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices. What We Offer
