Part Time Customer Service Representative

We need part-time Customer Service Representatives in Clackamas, OR to act as a liaison for our internal and external customers and providers. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect to a supervisor.
Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
Document trip authorizations and details, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Computer literate.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate standard telephone system.
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements
Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions – 100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
