Responsibilities
Greet visitors and handle telephone inquiries.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, word processing, faxing, making copies, filing, sorting and distributing mail.
Maintain department supply inventory.
Receive and direct all incoming calls and messages while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality.
Exercise good judgment and discretion, solve problems and communicate effectively.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
One year previous experience in a receptionist role.
Critical thinking, strong communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.
