Schedule/Hours: 4–5‑day work week, NEED availability Mon–Sat

Pay: $80,000‑$100,000 annually

Position Purpose Food and food service delivery drivers play a critical role in the country’s food supply chain, ensuring customers receive products on time and in good condition. Drivers also represent the company, building lasting customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

Communicate and interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and timely.

Serve as a team member within the department and organization, performing any duty assigned.

Perform required safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspect tractor/truck and trailer per DOT regulations.

Report all safety issues and/or required repairs.

Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.

Report safety hazards immediately; inspect trailer for proper loading and securing of freight.

Count check items and check customer invoices of loaded products.

Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly.

Move tractor to loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.

Drive to and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route schedule.

Unload products from the trailer and transport items to designated customer storage areas.

Perform damage control checks, scan, and contact supervisor per company policy.

Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.

Collect money (cash or checks) where required and load customer returns onto trailer.

Secure tractor, trailer, and freight appropriately.

Unload damaged goods and returns; bring to check‑in and complete paperwork.

Unload all equipment and remove trash from trailers as required.

Complete daily record of hours of service and enter in log per Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.

Perform general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area, keeping trailers clear and clean.

At shift end, secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or state‑approved equivalent

6+ months commercial driving experience

Valid CDL‑A

Must be 21+ years of age

Meet all state licensing and certification requirements (where applicable)

Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years

Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check

Pass road test

Valid current DOT Health Card and/or ability to secure new DOT Health Card

Ability to hand‑lift and utilize two‑wheeler, lift gate, and/or equipment to move and stack freight ranging 10‑35 pounds, up to 60‑90 pounds as needed

Compensation $80,000‑$100,000 annually.
