Operations
Oversite related to Cafe P&L
Enforce consistency of food preparation
Manage Food, Labor, General Expense
Lead and Develop Team
Drive high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety
Instill a strong work ethic
Steer team in a fast-paced environment
Mitigate and facilitate Employee Relations
Guest Relations
Drive dynamic dining experience
Facilitate a sense of being part of the Family!
Table Touches - get to know the customer
Look for feedback to enhance overall operations
Mitigate Customer Complaint

Skills & Qualifications
Solid Restaurant management experience
Operational Excellence
Leader not a Manager, ability to build and develop team
Communication - written and spoken
Financial Savvy - Ability to deal with numbers and increase profitability
Team player and hard worker
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations (front and back of house) for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
