As a Bilingual Sales Representative with Jessica Fitzgerald State Farm, you will play a key role in driving the growth of a successful insurance agency by delivering exceptional client experiences and identifying new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound communication.

Present and explain insurance products and policy options to prospective and existing clients.

Assist clients in selecting and purchasing insurance coverage tailored to their needs.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster retention and referrals.

Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and agency sales targets.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.

Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts.

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in insurance or financial services.

Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and a passion for helping clients.
