Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Zanesville, OH, for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and handling general maintenance and repair tasks within the property. Daily responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, diagnosing equipment problems, and maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall condition of the properties under management.

Qualifications

Strong skills in troubleshooting and identifying solutions

Experience with preventive maintenance and developing maintenance schedules

Expertise in maintenance, repair, and resolving property-related issues

Knowledge of safety standards and compliance protocols

Ability to work independently and respond promptly to maintenance requests

Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is a plus
