Customer Service Representative
Kane's Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team in our expansive 60,000+ square foot showroom. If you are career-minded, ready to take ownership, and committed to driving high performance, we encourage you to apply for this great opportunity.
Full Time Duties and Responsibilities
Prompt recognition of internal and external customers.
Friendly and courteous when approached in person or on the telephone.
Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
Follow up with customers in a timely fashion.
Handle payments, financing and refunds within company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records by utilizing all available technology.
Execute the clerical service functions to include scheduling, routing, finalizing and parts ordering.
Update and maintain all customer service reports and records.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a steady job history and 1+ year experience in a similar role. The work schedule will depend on business needs; some weekend and evening hours may be required.
