Shift Supervisor – CVS Health
Position Summary As a key leader on the CVS Store Management team, the Shift Supervisor drives store execution and performance, builds consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy, and ensures excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures.
Essential Functions
Manage store crew: assign tasks, direct activities, and follow up to keep operations running smoothly.
Communicate effectively with store management and crew regarding inventory, customer needs, and store goals.
Deliver superior customer service: greet customers, address questions and complaints, promote a positive shopping experience, and maintain confidentiality.
Handle merchandise presentation: price, stock shelves, set up weekly and seasonal displays, reset departments according to POGs.
Required Qualifications
Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.
Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and urgent issue response.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a retail supervisor.
Education High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
Hours & Pay Weekly Hours: 29 Time Type: Part time Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
